The BSD User Group, based in Belem in Brazil, are from the Universidade Federal do Pará - UFPA. Their interests are programming C / C + +, assembly languages, html and php, operating systems, OpenBSD and Debian GNU / Linux, computer networks, security, operating system and computer network security. The name BSD means Berkeley Software Distribution, and designates a series of Unix variants developed by the University of Berkeley including the PDP-11 and modified for PC under the name of 386BSD. The site openbsd-pa.org, provides tutorials to help users on different programming languages ​​and operating system OpenBSD. This site has meant to post news about programming, operating systems security, and promote the OpenBSD group based in Brazil.
