The BSD User Group, based in Belem in Brazil, are from the Universidade Federal do Pará - UFPA. Their interests are programming C / C + +, assembly languages, html and php, operating systems, OpenBSD and Debian GNU / Linux, computer networks, security, operating system and computer network security. The name BSD means Berkeley Software Distribution, and designates a series of Unix variants developed by the University of Berkeley including the PDP-11 and modified for PC under the name of 386BSD. The site openbsd-pa.org, provides tutorials to help users on different programming languages and operating system OpenBSD. This site has meant to post news about programming, operating systems security, and promote the OpenBSD group based in Brazil.
